1. This is a 1 year puppy guarantee:      

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS/SHIPPING:

*Deposits are not refundable but are transferable to another litter when available*

All pups MUST be paid in full by 6 weeks of age.

If shipping is required, fees for shipping MUST be paid in full by 6 weeks of age as well.

1.) All puppies require a $500 deposit.  Deposits may be made in the form of PayPal, cash, personal check (made out to Tammy Carey) or Money Order.

2.) Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit/contract received) first pick. If you choose not to get this puppy for any reason,  no money will be refunded, but is transferable to another pup at a later date.

3.) Final payment will be made in the form of Cash or Bank/Money Order, or PayPal w/ a 3% fee. All payments must be made in full before puppy will be shipped or available for pick up.

4.) All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Depending on whether ground shipping or air line is used. Pups can be shipped at 8 weeks of age. If the pup is 11 weeks or older, the cost of shipping may be more, due to the size of crate will need to be larger.

5. Buyer will pick up puppy by the time it is eight weeks old, or the puppy will be shipped by the time it is eight weeks old. There will be a $30.00 per week boarding charge, plus any other expenses if buyer is not able to pick up puppy. Two weeks or more with no attempts to make pick-up arrangements , the buyer then forfeits the puppy and any deposits or payments made on the puppy. No additional charge after 8 weeks of age, if puppy is paid for in full and waiting on temps/arrival day.

YOUR PUPPY IS GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:

NOTE: This guarantee does not cover what in bulldog breeds is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, over-heating or heat exhaustion, demodex and mild hip dysplasia.

1.) This puppy is guaranteed to be in good physical condition at the time of sale. It is the Buyers responsibility to take the puppy to the vet within (3) business days, after the puppy is in your possession for the guarantee to be valid. If the Veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition OTHER THAN a viral or bacterial cold or bacterial infection, such as Coccidia or Giardia, (bloody stools) which is easily treated, and often brought on by stress of shipping, a new home, new food, new people, change

2.) The puppy is guaranteed for 12 months from date of birth against FATAL and LIFE-THREATENING congenital diseases that adversely affects the health of the animal. This guarantee will only cover congenital problems of a severe or life-threatening nature. Refund or replacement is at the seller’s discretion only. If a replacement puppy is given it will be of equal value and chosen by the seller.

3.) If a puppy diagnosed to have a severe health problem that is covered by this guarantee, the buyer must present a letter from their vet stating the nature of the problem. The letter must include the vet’s name, address and telephone number.  Roc Steady Bulldog's reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a second vet of their choice. If second veterinarian suggests a reasonable treatment the pup will be treated by the second veterinarian at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer refuses the treatment of the second vet this guarantee is void. If treatment is unsuccessful then a third Veterinarian whom both parties agree on will be consulted. If the third veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a congenital disease covered in this guarantee Roc Steady Bulldog's will provide a replacement puppy or refund of the purchase price.

4.) All puppies and adults are sold and guaranteed as “pet” quality only. Roc Steady Bulldog's does not guarantee the fertility of any adult or puppy sold. Roc Steady Bulldogs does not guarantee any puppy to mature into a show quality adult.

5.) Behavioral issues are not covered under this guarantee.

6.) This guarantee applies to the original owner only. It cannot be transferred.

7.) Buyer must house their puppy appropriately in a clean environment, provide vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention, proper socialization, vet care, food and fresh water. If these conditions and requirements are not met this guarantee is void.

8.) In the event a puppy dies before reaching 12 months of age Buyer must have a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine cause of death. Buyer is responsible for necropsy cost. If necropsy results confirm that death was clearly and directly caused by a congenital defect covered in this guarantee Roc Steady Bulldog's will replace the puppy.

9.) If a puppy has a congenital disease that is covered by this guarantee Roc Steady  Bulldog's reserves the right to either refund purchase price or provide a replacement pup of equal value. This decision is at the sole discretion of Roc Steady Bulldog's. If Roc Steady Bulldog's elects to provide a replacement puppy, the puppy will be chosen by Roc Steady Bulldog's and will be of equal value. If Roc Steady Bulldog's elects to provide a refund the refund amount will not exceed the purchase price of the puppy. No refund will be given for any shipping costs the buyer may have paid to have the puppy transported from Roc Steady Bulldog's to the buyer’s home. No veterinarian expenses or any other costs related to the puppy will be refunded. No refunds will exceed the purchase price of the puppy.

10.) If a puppy has a congenital disease covered by this guarantee Roc Steady Bulldog's reserves the right to have the puppy returned to them. Any transportation costs to have the puppy returned will be split 50/50 between Roc Steady  Bulldog's and the buyer.

12.) Any disputes or legal proceedings must be handled in the State of New York

13.) As a pup is sold, for the life time of the pup, we require the new owner(s) name, address and phone number, so we can keep a record of our pups and their new homes. If a owner(s) decide they do not want or can not keep the pup for any reason, they MUST contact us immediately, and the pup/dog must be returned to us regardless of age or condition. If we decide we can not take the dog back for any reason, we will help place the dog in a suitable home. It will be required to give the new owners information to Roc Steady Bulldogs so we can keep our records updated. It is understood that we DO NOT want any of our pups/dogs to end up in a shelter.  

ABSOLUTELY NO KENNELS!!! We do not want nor like our pup's to be stuck outside in a kennel all their life, so please provide them with a loving home! Or we have the right to refuse you!

 When registering this puppy, you agree to use the kennel name "Roc Steady Bulldogs" as the kennel prefix in the registered name of the puppy.
